Summary:
so far so good
Comment:
The phones have met my expectations in most catagories. The exceptions are the ringtones are awful
and the caller id and phonelist require too many steps. Other than that I love the range, the AAA
batteries, handset speakerphone, and 2 lines.

good system
Comment:
Phones came on time, replaced an old ATT system. Use 6 handsets. Good voice clarity, range,
comfortable.

Panasonic takes a step backwards
Comment:
Afer may years of Panasonic cordless phones, I finally got one that does not impress me.
/>I read other reviews and was willing to put up with the extra key strokes to access caller ID and
directory.
What I was not ready for is that the speaker phone on the handset is
terrible at some points in my house. Speaker phone off, is OK but speaker phone on sounds bad. I
bought the phone because I thought the DECT 6.0 would behave better around my wireless computers.
It does, but it does not seem to have the same range as my old Panasonic kx tga27x series phone.
/>It is nice to have more phone numbers stored on the phone.

Summary:
no thrills, just a nice cordless 2 line handset
Comment:
Our older AT&T system was failing, and replacement handsets were no longer available...even though
the base was working well. Had previously had a siemens unit and hated it.
This
phone just misses on a few things which would have made it great -- sharing phonebooks with base AND
handsets would be great. The fact that the base unit has different ringtones than the handsets is
also odd.
However, performance is good, call quality acceptable, nice large buttons and
ease of use make this a system
we hope to have for a long time. And yes, I bought some extra
handsets this time

Summary:
great system w/add-on possibilities
Comment:
When we needed to replace our 2.0 Panasonic Cordless, I did not hesitate to look at another of their
phones. I like the idea that I can add other phones to the system at my convenience. It is nice that
you can view callers, if you have caller-ID and remove the numbers from every phone at once. (The
old one had you remove them from each individual phone and would not charge correctly if you didn't
do this.) The phonebook is simple to use, once you have learned the setup. I also like the ability
to categorize phone numbers and have ring tones for each number or category.
