We love this phone. The reception is crystal clear and the battery life is the best of any cordless we have owned and the land line phone is a great addition to this set!

This set is being used to replace two other products that had both broken very quickly. The phone was easy to set up and use. It has great sound quality and great range through walls. I can't knock anything so far, except a slightly difficult menu list for setup of the phone book number list.

If you are in the market for an excellent corded base unit and up to 6 cordless units, look no further, this is the system for you.
The package we ordered included the base unit and two cordless phones and we elected to add a third cordless at the same time. This gave us a total of four phones for under $120.
When the package arrived two days after ordering, everything was included to get the system up and running with a minimum of effort. The instructions are very easy to follow, just take them
one step at a time. Determine the most important function that the system offers, set that up, and go on to next function. It is not necessary to get every function set up with in the first 15 minutes.
We received our system on a Thursday morning and so I got the system up and running and activated some of the system functions such as the digital answering system. Early Friday evening, we were hit with a very sever thunderstorm which downed power lines in our area so we were without electricity for almost 40 hours. Because of the fact that a low level electrical current runs thru the phone line, we still could use the base phone to get information and to stay in touch with friends and family. The range of the cordless units is also very impressive.

We have had our system for a month now, and I was impressed with the quality and features on day one and continue to be even more impressed as I learn more about the system. Panasonic has really come up with a winner by offering this system as a very reasonable price.

All I Could Have Asked For.

This phone was exactly what I wanted, a corded handset with extension cordless models. It was relatively easy to "assemble" and set up. My only beef is that, like other posters, I find the included handset cord too short for practically any use. However, a replacement cord is cheap and this is definitely not a big deal. The sound quality is excellent, so far, and the reception is good (despite the cordless handsets consistently marking only one bar, even when next to the receiver.)

Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would purchase it again without hesitation.
