This is an excellent, informative and educational book, explaining in layman's terms the intent of our founding fathers for The United States of America.
The author makes clear, substantiated points with many quotes from our founders so that there is no question as to their intent or convictions in writing our constitution. I think everyone in America should read this book and it should be studied in our high schools.

One of the worst books I have read.

I read this book for a professional class and ended up having to report it to the administration of the college I took the class at. The information in this book is filled with holes and uses a large number of assumptions that it simply does not back up. Reading this book left me frustrated and wishing that I had all the time wasted reading it back. This is almost a manifesto of why the American people are simple not good enough today as they were when the constitution was written.

So please understand this book is not worth your time. Trust me.
